As an Operations Associate at Lumity, you'll work in a highly dynamic and visible role within the company. You'll be part of a team committed to delivering a great customer experience, and you'll support our clients and provide general support across all operations teams (giving you the ability to learn the nuts and bolts of our business while developing a deep understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare). We'll provide the training.

Based on performance and preference, you will be promoted into a specialized role in January 2021 in any of the following areas: Benefits Consulting, Account Management, Billing Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Marketing, Product Operations, Business Development, and more! 


  • General Administrative Support: Collaborate across operational teams as needed to support Payroll, Billing, Compliance, Benefits Enrollment, and Implementation.
  • Customer Support: Directly interface with employers and employees on questions related to their benefits or Lumity's proprietary software.
  • Project Management: Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a customized onboarding experience for each individual customer brought onto the Lumity platform.
